ASC student Fatima K. about Winter School:

From February 26-29, 2024, I had the opportunity to participate in a week-long winter school at Hoheneck Castle in Ipsheim, a significant component of our end-of-semester activities for ASC students. The primary aim was to enhance our soft skills, particularly in project management and collaboration, while also gaining insights into business development. A major highlight of the winter school was delving into various project management stages: initiation, planning, execution, and closure. We learned how to establish project foundations, address scheduling challenges, and mitigate risks effectively. Our experienced instructors shared invaluable industry best practices, demonstrating how to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios. The winter school proved to be a transformative experience, bridging the gap between theory and real-world application, fostering both professional and personal growth.
